I hate Justin Timberlake

You want a rant??

ok then...

Justin Timberlake is my enemy. He couldn't keep his hormones in check during the superbowl a couple years back and had to undress Janet Jackson on live television! Now, while there were some people going crazy (The FCC and Boob fans) let me assure you, it wasn't worth it. I mean the FCC has cracked down on tv and radio like there's no tomorrow. The backlash includes Howard Stern moving to satellite radio (not that I'm a big fan, but i don't think his show needs to be that censored.) And other miscellanous shows cutting back on just about everything.
But where does it hurt the most??

The Superbowl halftime show. Honestly, i don't even watch it, never did, I didn't even see Janet's boob. But now because of timberlake's school boy antics we are getting the ugliest, oldest washed up rock stars they can throw at us! Just imagining accidental nudity makes me shiver. Paul McCartney last year. He's done! He had his hey day and now it's over. I thought, "Ok, obviously a safe choice" old, famous from the beatles, makes sense for the super bowl performance directly after the incident. But the A.J.B (after janet's boob) era has been less than pleasant. Now, announced last night.... we have the Rolling Stones. 5 of the ugliest, oldest, washed up rock stars ever to live. Again, they had their day, but come on! a half time show of "the classics" You are going to need some specatcular pyrotechnics to make up for the lack of appeal in singers/dancing. I mean Mick Jagger might break a friggin hip if he tries to pull out his old lindy-hop (ok he never did the lindy hop, but you get the picture)

So there you have it, our superbowl halftimes will continue to be washed-down, washed out, and ugly until someone decides the FCC isn't going to cut their balls off for putting a young (possibly good looking) singer on the stage. Why take the risk???

YES!

I have never felt more content!
While that's necessary a good thing ( i guess by other people's standards)
I just love my situation right now!
I've been babbling about it in my blog now.
Everythings pretty much the same, but I did join a gym

Terry got me a free month at fitworks, so I go in to talk to the guy about it and what do I do?
I sign up for 3 years! I wasn't even there for 1 day and I signed up. Kind of dumb, but aslong as I use it, I'm happy. And I've always like working out with Terry, he knows what he is doing.

Thanksgiving is tomorrow! Score

Basketball, we keep losing.

And I get to see my ameribuddies Dec 17-18th!!!!!!!! Yea!

Chicago was awesome!!! Hanging with Simone was good, and her mom is a muy cool chica! And we went to an Improv Club with Dan and Kate. Kate felt me up by accident. Well just squeezed my knee cause she thought it was Dan's. I was so caught of guard I nearly Yelped! It definitely made for an awkward situation! But then the comedy went on! Improv Olympic: hit it up if you are ever in Chi-town
I played Sorry! with Simone and her mom. That was a good time

And so, that's my blog, nothing new, but stay tuned, the next couple of weeks are going to be CRAZY!!!!!!!!

The Winter that's going to feel like Summer

Hey y'all,

I can say i have a millions things to write about, but I never stop to write about them when I should. Short term memory. My current situation is much more enjoyable then say 3 months ago. My new job has me on a set schedule M-F 6:30am-3pm and that just makes such a difference. I am traveling more on the weekends because I know I have them off. My income situation was improved drastically with this new job. and during the week I can get into a routine that will allow me to take care of more stuff and avoid slacking. I love it!

We are playing basketball and we suck, but I still enjoy it. It'll be hard managing playing time, because we have so many, but it's a good break from softball. Basketball is probably my 2nd favorite sport. And it's good exercise. I also intend on going to the climbing wall at Dick's Sporting Goods more. And Terry got me a month of free membership at fitworks.

Mrs. McIntyre has offered to make me a kilt. So that's pretty cool! I just have to buy the material. It's a work in progress but if this turns out, I'm going to wear it to something classy. I love kilts!! ANd I personally think they are trendy. So i'm really hoping this isn't just a pipe dream.

I'm traveling to chicago this weekend!! Woot woot! I should get to see Simone and Missy. I might also hang with Kate and her posse and Megan Mackay. WE'll see how it goes, but I love the windy city and am excited what some residents are going to show me.

I bought cheese that cost $10/lbs. OOPS! but it is good!

I get paid weekly! That's really nice! I feel like I have more money than I actually do!

Thanksgiving is comimg! It's my favorite holiday. It will be sad not to have Ryan, he's usually a staple at thanksgiving. One time I was cooking a turkey for thanksgiving (in AmeriCorps) and Ryan told me over the phone he hopes I burn it because he hates how I lie for fun. (that is a true story, ask Marie)
We play football, I have basketball all that week, and hanging with my huge family. What could be better????

The Browns are a BIG disappointment. They've been playing tough, close games. BUt that's mostly because they have an inept offense.

The cavs are exciting to watch!

Shout out to Kathryn Ward!

And it's snowing outside. It's been snowing all day. It's really fun to take in the little bit of nature I have at work during breaks. But as it gets colder, the less I'll get to. BUt we do need a good layer of snow on the ground for extra padding for tackle football!

If you want to hang out sometime, let me know! I go to bed at 10pm now! man am I a loser!

until there is more......... hasta

High Highs Low Lows

It's been a while, since I could hold my head up hiiiiiiiiiiiigh

good song!

i have definitely been in a better mood as of late. I think that's mainly do to feeling like i can see some semblance of a life. I mean work at PPG started and it's a bit rough at times, but definitely better than taco bell. Working with Bob has been good, cause it's someone i can pretend to know. (Husband of lady at taco bell) So, he's been really helpful showing me the plant and helping get supplies when i need them. Other than that everyone is really nice.

And definitely been a lot better! Busy idlest, the trick is to fill your time to make yourself feel useful.
We celebrated my dad's retirement and that was awesome! The party went so well, and my dad was surprised! He thought it was a birthday party for someone else, and he went out to buy a card and lottery tickets!!!!!!!!!!! I was so happy to see the look on his face.

Sunday night dinners are something to look forward to, i just want to make sure they occur regularly, if not weekly. Kate, Tom, and Steve have all been involved. I hope Erin joins up. Then we can dress as the power rangers and kick some ass!

ME and steve got a basketball team together, and that'll be sweet. I'm prolly the worst player on the team, but it'll still be fun! a good change of pace from softball, and lots of running! That starts monday and I can't wait!!!! I went and got new shoes! Mainly to protect my ankles.

Dick's in North Olmsted has a rock climbing wall! That is sweet! I did it, and i only got half way on intermediate, i plan on going back. It's awesome, and repelling down the wall! WOOT WOOT! Anyone want to go with me!?!?!?!?!

i just need to start my routine (which unfortunately includes going to bed by 10pm) and make sure I'm doing plenty of exercise.

And if you know John O (or are him) convince him to take the DOD job and come back to cleveland. Cause it's better for all parties involved.

Bedtime!

Columbus tomorrow
Chicago next week
Thanksgiving after that

Full plate of turkey and mash potatoes
